Maui’s Original Farm-to-Table Restaurant

Farm-to-table is not a new concept to us! Our Makawao restaurant has been promoting and featuring locally sourced produce, seafood, meats and products since 1988. Our dishes are a unique blend of fresh Hawaiian food, local Asian influences and modern preparations.

Founded by renowned chef Bev Gannon, Hali’imaile General Store has been a favorite place to eat for both Upcountry Maui residents and visitors for over 34 years. Join us at our restaurant near Haleakalā National Park – we’d love to show you our aloha spirit and famous Hawaiian hospitality.

Open Tuesday – Saturday

Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
(We take lunch reservations for parties of 5 or more only. Smaller parties are welcomed as walk-ins. Please call for availability.)

Dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
(We highly recommend dinner reservations.)
