Maui No Kai Oi Magazine presents ‘Aipono Wine Dinner at Hali’imaile General Store

Maui No Kai Oi Magazine is proud to announce the next Aipono Wine Dinner presented at Hali’imaile General Store on August 25th, 2018. Tickets are available online or by calling 808.572.2666.

Throughout the year, the ʻAipono Winemaker’s Dinner Series brings the industry’s top winemakers to ʻAipono award-winning restaurants. $25 from each dinner goes to UH Maui College’s Culinary Arts Program, in addition, students apprentice under Maui’s top chefs to prepare the dinners.

Tickets are $125 per guest with selected wine or $85 per guest for dinner only, plus tax and gratuity. Tickets are available online or by calling 808.572.2666. To purchase tickets for the dinner only, please call the restaurant. Below is a preview of the delicious menu!

5-Course Italian Wine Dinner

Hali’imaile General Store is pleased to be partnering with Young’s Market Company, a premier distributor of fine wines, in sharing the outstanding Italian wines of the Tuscany and Piedmont regions during a special 5-course Italian Wine Dinner on Friday, April 28, 2017. The evening will feature a menu prepared by Hali’imaile General Store Executive Chef Marc McDowell along with wine pairings presented by special guest Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo.

Chateau Montelena Wine Dinner

Hali’imaile General Store presents an extraordinary evening featuring wines of Chateau Montelena, the winery whose chardonnay won in the JUDGEMENT OF PARIS as portrayed in the 2008 film BOTTLE SHOCK

Hosted on Saturday, October 22, 2016, The Chateau Montelena Wine Dinner is a special 6-course dinner paired with the award-winning wines of Chateau Montelena Winery. The evenings special guest is Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo. Executive Chefs are Bev Gannon & Marc McDowell.

The cost is $150 per person (all inclusive). Seating is at 5:30pm and reservations are required.
